These Terms of Service govern your use of CreatorLinksAI ("the Service"). By connecting your Instagram account, you agree to these terms.
The Service connects to your Instagram Business or Creator account via the Instagram Graph API to display follower, media, and reel performance insights.
Use of the Service is also subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, since we access your data through Meta's APIs.
Routine disconnection removes the active Instagram connection, token, and cached analytics. It does not delete your CreatorLinksAI account, Auto-DM configuration, independently supplied records, or historical insight snapshots previously approved for campaign reporting.
Full Instagram-data deletion is a separate, irreversible action available in Profile and Privacy settings or through Meta's Apps and Websites deletion-request mechanism. It deletes Instagram analytics, Auto-DM data and uploaded PDFs, and snapshots previously shared through CreatorLinksAI. It does not itself close your CreatorLinksAI login account or delete independently supplied invoices, media kits, billing records, or AI scripts.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and functionality depends on the continued availability of the Instagram Graph API.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorLinksAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
